Our Nylon Zipper Close-End Injection Moulding Machine is designed to efficiently form both top and bottom stops on closed-end zippers that have been pre-assembled with sliders. Utilizing precision injection moulding technology, it delivers durable and consistently shaped stops in a single, streamlined process.

Built for stability and speed, the machine features a robust four-column structure that ensures smooth, vibration-free operation. Equipped with a nested mould system, it enables faster mould clamping and shorter cycle times, significantly boosting production throughput. A specialized slider-guiding mechanism allows zippers with sliders to pass through automatically, eliminating manual handling and reducing labor costs.

Precision is further enhanced by an integrated stepper motor drive system, which accurately positions the zipper tape for moulding. The adoption of a servo motor for mould clamping allows exact control over clamping pressure and duration. This prevents under-filling or material overflow, ensuring fully formed stops with clean edges and consistent quality.

To maintain a clean and efficient workspace, the machine includes an automated waste removal system. It automatically detaches and collects residual sprues and flash, minimizing downtime and promoting a tidy production environment.
