This machine is using ultrasonic system to cut the nylon,metal or plastic (you can choose one) zipper automatically.
It completely solves problem that two-way zipper cannot be cut in auto machine.
With auto detect function,it will not cut without two-way pins, improving the quality of zipper.
Tape dragging by mechanical arm with servo motor to make zipper cutting in order and machine work in low noise.
Auto identify cut size and keep zipper cut position sealing,water wash without fluff. Improve the quality of zipper.
