As the last key operation before packing, our Nylon Zipper Close-End Cutting Machine is purpose-built to deliver clean, accurate length cutting for finished closed-end zippers. At the heart of the system is an in-house developed chain-drive feeding and locating structure. This mechanism guides zippers steadily through the workstation and is tolerant of a wide range of slider styles-including non-standard and various fancy types-so production stays smooth without jams. With high-precision positioning at the cutting zone, the machine protects both teeth and tape from deformation, safeguarding overall zipper appearance and performance.

To elevate both efficiency and shop-floor comfort, the machine is fitted with a frequency-tracking ultrasonic cutting module. By automatically matching ultrasonic frequency during operation, it maintains stable output while noticeably lowering noise levels. A specialized ultrasonic cutting tool and welding horn work in tandem: one action separates the zipper to length, while the other instantly fuses and seals the edge. The result is a crisp, lint-free cut surface with strong anti-fray protection. The sealed end also improves wash resistance and wear durability, helping finished zippers last longer in real-world use.
